Who we are

LiFE 4.0 China is represented by the Institute for Automation and Industrial Technology (IAIT) which regards itself mainly as a networking platform for Chinese and German companies in order to lead business contacts to international partnerships and alliances.

Industrial competence fields like Industry 4.0/ IoT as well as interconnected manufacturing, machines and processes represent a perfect base for transferring know-how. With network tools like events, delegations and didactic projects stakeholders can generate innovative ideas to real business. To know needs in industry and to bring the right people together for their own success is a bridge building benefit of IAIT.

Contemporary education & technology transfer bring the right people together

In all industries Smart Engineering and Digitalisation go hand in hand. To find the right paths for initial business contacts you need market knowledge in combination with international networking structures for offering benefits to all participants. Companies, government, associations, schools and society need a common basis of understanding – for defining a better future. IAIT knows the keys to open international doors for innovative engineering. New teaching approaches like the didactic tools in the SGI Campus Program are proven opportunities that kids, students and companies can use for technological affinity and also for preparation into a digital education.

Industry 4.0 and IoT need the challenge of changing daily routines into new and open-minded attitudes. Rising technological skills must be competed with (international) programs like the SGI Campus Program that uses German based ideas of education. They support the technology transfer in a contemporary and sustainable way of learning.

SGI stands for smart, green, innovative – perfect matchmaking conditions for participants who want to take benefit out of Education 4.0.

IAIT Institute

The Institute for Automation and Industrial Technology (IAIT) as a partner for technology transfer with regard to industry 4.0 / IoT, has three main business areas:

  • Methodology: Methods and approaches in order to manifest and accompany technological content and skills
  • Technology: Industrial technologies form the basis for transfer and are most valuable with regard to engineering – with mega, macro and micro trends
  • East-West Expertise:
Starting from a global market knowledge, we create advantages and innovations for local areas.

IAIT further concentrates on specific transfer projects in order to foster expertise and knowledge transfer which is essential for networking and collaboration among stakeholders as well as experts. Educational initiatives and cooperations, e.g. with ITQ during the China Makeathon Summer Camp 2017, also belong to IAIT´s key topics in order to steadily build and extend technology networks worldwide.
